You can only watch Line Tv if your location is on Taiwan or in Thailand. Line tv is block in any other countries.

That makes no sense. It's not released based on the time in your region. Its released based on the thai time. Which means technically that it is released 11-14 hours earlier in the US (since 8PM in Thailand on the 30th of May would equal 9AM on 30th May - Eastern Time) than the time listed on the poster.

But it available around the world at the same time. For me for example there is 3 hour time difference between thailand and here. So when it is released on YT at 8pm (thai time) I get to watch it at 5pm (my time).
