But I remember that the guy comes from nowhere to the woman who was paying and she misses him but by catching him they both touch the walls behind her and they kiss by innnadervertence and the woman’s friend debarque and are surprised to see them kissing.

The ML has powers( he can teleport), hence why he ran into the FL and accidentally kissed her. The FL was painting a mural I believe? And she also has powers ( a healer), and she is the one he is looking for. It's a good watch. I recommend. If you want to make sure it's the right one, just watch the trailer, it has the kiss scene you might be looking for in there. 🙂
