Im wanting similar shows like ice world where the FL is considered a black widow whose 3 fiance end up dead and she is considered a suspect even though she is innocent 

Very close but not exactly similar : Same vibe and investigation overall. Just Main Lead is a Male, it is Korean and one of the girls was his girlfriend but the other his friend.
