Husband in love with his wife

The marriage starts out as an arranged marriage, a contract marriage, a marriage of convenience or something similar, but the ML develops feelings for the FL (his wife) that he initially hides from her or doesn't admit to himself:

• My Demon - The leads are together in the end. The ML initially doesn't know that the FL is the reincarnation of the woman he loved before he became a demon, as he initially does not remember his life as a human. 
• Because This Is My First Life - The leads are together in the end.
• Love in Contract - The leads are together in the end.
• Alchemy of Souls Season 2: Light and Shadow - The marriage occurs in part 2 but you'll need to watch Part 1 first. The ML doesn't know that the wife he's falling for in Part 2 is the woman he fell in love with in Part 1, as he thought she died plus she lost her memories and has a different body. 
• Marriage Contract - The leads are together at the end of the drama, but it is strongly implied that the FL will soon die from the life-threatening illness that led her to agree to the marriage in the first place and the ML will look after her daughter after she dies.
• Till the End of the Moon - At the end of the drama we see the FL speaking to her daughter (also the ML's daughter) and, although the ML died, it is strongly implied that the FL will soon be able to use fragments of his soul to resurrect him. 

Not exactly what you described, but from what I've seen about When the Phone Rings, these dramas have vibes that are closer to it than the dramas I mentioned above:

• Flower of Evil
• Secret
• Mysterious Love
• Derailment

Love at Second Sight - ML is extremely tsundere to the point FL (who married him in an arranged marriage) believes he resents the marriage and is having an affair (he isn't) and divorces him, only for him to have to awkwardly try to win her back. It's revealed at the end that the ML had a crush on her when they first met and was very happy about the arranged marriage, he's just terrible at expressing himself. Oh and the ending is very happy, they remarry and are expecting a baby.

Many arranged marriage dramas recommended, I'll take even more hehe. I also like love marriage in trouble and the husband is fed up but falls back in love.

Melody of Golden Age - Arranged marriage, they're kind of enemies to lovers. She slowly wins him over, without trying, and he finds himself falling for her first, but he doesn't reveal his feelings to her right away. But about what you're looking for specifically, there's a moment towards the end of the show where they are in an openly loving relationship, but he has to act like he doesn't like her anymore, to protect her from the villain, and that's very heartbraching for him. He has to win her over again after x)
