Dramas that are mostly about other things than romance

So I'm basically looking for shows that have an interesting plot that is about something completely different than romance BUT there's still a great romance interwoven into the plot. Like a drama that's about 80-90% something else and 10-20% quality romance. Modern or historical, both are fine, although I somewhat prefer historical. 

Historical:

Modern:

• Extraordinary Attorney Woo
• Flight to You
• Little Women
• The Good Bad Mother
• Twenty-Five Twenty-One
