Just gonna prio the thriller/ psychological ones or this will be a very long list (psychological thrillers are one of my favourite things ever to watch so).
Himitsu - if you haven't tried this out as of yet, I'd recommend doing so. Not necessarily BL/ gay, but some very nice shounen-ai undertones. Quite a lovely, well put together drama (albeit quite disturbing sometimes). The movie even more so - The Top Secret (but hey, if you love horror, try it out :p I liked it a lot).
I'd second To Sir, With Love along with autumn Iris. It's one of my favourite ever dramas

The Spirealm - based on a danmei novel, but a censored Chinese adaptation so I suppose queer at a squint?
Justice in the Dark - likewise, based on a danmei novel but a censored Chinese adaptation. It can be a bit tough to get a hold of and is currently airing, but worth it. Beautiful series.
