1. Is there any sort of Chinese, Korean, Thai, or Turkish drama where actually there is an element of mystery over what does it mean? First, initially people think that it's actually female lead chasing after the guy first, but then it actually revealed that it was guy who was actually setting up traps or manipulating the situations to make female lead come towards him and like actually he was the one who was in love with her from first, like he loved her first and like set up the trap so that she would come to him eventually, something like well-intended love where you know it was first discovered that she had some disease and only if the male lead donates his organ, she would be able to live, so she sort of chases the male lead and he sets up the condition that I can give you my organ on a condition if we get married and then they get married and later on it is revealed that actually male lead fell in love first and he fakes up her health report so that she could marry him, something that sort of genre I am talking.

hmmmm......this sounds sort of like Uncontrollably Fond. Though I dont remember if he loved her from the get go or if he just felt guilty. Either way he did do very similar things to what you look for and it is a romance story.

Also Someday or One Day has a similar concept though it isn't fully revealed until the end.

If you don't mind Japanese dramas Iyashi no Otonari-san ni wa Himitsu ga Aru fits pefectly.

Thanks Any more dramas

I can think of a few dramas where the ML has information that has to do with the FL, but she doesn't know anything about it. None of these dramas are exactly like Well-Intended Love, though. None of the secrets are as simple or as purely motivated by a desire to get the girl. But if what you're looking for is mystery, slowly revealed, I wholeheartedly recommend these dramas:

Love Like the Galaxy: Part 1 and Love Like the Galaxy: Part 2 - he's a master manipulator who at times comes off like the typical mighty general who's awkward in the social realm. As a character, he's truly likable. But there are layers.

Pinocchio - he has major secrets that are related to her and her family.

Tomorrow with You - through time travel, he sees a future for himself in which she's involved, and he doesn't like what he sees.

Should We Kiss First? - I know this one is a hard sell, because the characters are middle aged, but it's really good. Mysterious dimensions are revealed.

It's Okay, That's Love - ML has some mystery, and plot twists reveal deeper psychological realities for several characters. In this case, the ML's mystery doesn't actually have to do with the FL, but this drama has that thing you may like -- hidden dimensions.

Extraordinary You - super creative setup, with a lot of mystery around who and what people are. It's not a case of the ML tricking the FL - more that he tries to give her opportunities to awaken and see past superficial reality.

Sweet Stranger and Me - in some ways close to what you're looking for, but the ML isn't a devious type, and he deceives her in order to protect her. Major imbalance in terms of who knows what: he has the whole version of her family's past, while she's largely unaware.

The only one I can think of is To All the Guys Who Loved Me. I cannot remember all the details, but he made sure she failed professionally, which made her come to him.
At first it looks like the FL is just unlucky since her project fails. But the twist is that the ML actually loved her first and quietly
interfered with her career behind the scenes, making sure her project collapsed so she had no choice but to leave her company.

Then he steps in at the exact right moment and “saves” her by hiring her — which is exactly what he wanted from the start.
The whole “she’s coming to him by coincidence” is actually his plan, and the show slowly reveals how long he’s been watching her, waiting for her, and manipulating circumstances to pull her into his orbit.
