kabocha:

There are two Hong Kong films of yore that I vouch for: He's a Woman, She's a Man (1994) and its sequel: Who's the Woman, Who's the Man? (1996). It's the first one that I rewatch, but they're both lovely. Recording industry setting, both ahead of their time in their treatment of sexuality. This song, from He's a Woman, She's a Man, won best original song at Hong Kong Film Awards. The scenes in the video are from the movie, but only the ML, played by Leslie Cheung, appears. Here's the FL:

He's a Woman, She's a Man.He's a Woman, She's a Man.

I have a favoration when it comes to classics. I added this to my PTW !

This one looks lovely and a good recommendation, Kabocha<3. Thanks for letting me know about this, since I most rarely look into HK films !

I'm so glad to hear it will appeal to you! It's rewarding to be able to share a gem that's been hidden by time, despite its success back in the day!
