Looking for Romance-Heavy Dramas with Conspiracies, Schemes & Power Struggles

I’m looking for romance-heavy dramas where the romance is a major part of the story, not just a side plot. I love stories with political intrigue, court conspiracies, power struggles, revenge schemes, hidden identities, and dangerous games between intelligent characters.

What I’m looking for:

• Strong romance with lots of chemistry

• Devoted, possessive, protective, or obsessed MLs

• Political intrigue, conspiracies, palace schemes, succession battles, revenge plots

• Historical, Republican-era, or contemporary dramas

• Happy ending preferred

• C-dramas, K-dramas, and Lakorns are all welcome

I’m not looking for light rom-coms. I’d love something emotionally intense, romantic, and plot-heavy, where the leads have to navigate conspiracies, political conflicts, or dangerous enemies together.
