I’m looking for recommendations for modern/urban romance dramas (any country is fine—Indian, Turkish, Thai, Chinese, Korean, etc.) that feature a very specific trope.
I’m searching for dark romance with themes such as obsession, possessiveness, psychological manipulation, forced love, and intense rivalry. The most important requirement is that both male leads are genuinely, deeply, and almost obsessively in love with the same female lead. I don’t mean a typical love triangle where one man is the obvious hero and the other is just a second lead. I’m looking for stories where both men are equally determined to have her, are willing to go to extreme lengths to win or keep her, and become bitter rivals because of their obsession with her.
Some of my favorite examples are Haasil and Ek Deewaana Tha, where both male leads are consumed by their love for the heroine, especially the villain, whose possessiveness and obsession reach an extreme level.
I’m not looking for historical or fantasy dramas (no supernatural, or period settings). I specifically want modern, urban romance with psychological intensity and dark relationship dynamics.
