Just finished watching A Poem A Day, and LOVED IT. I really like the idea of Senior-Junior pair and how nice and kind the characteristics of the leads, one of the healthiest relationships in KDrama that I have watched.
To begin with, I love the FL's character. By how she acts around her surroundings, I feel like she's the most relatable FL that I've watched LOL. The way she's having the fattest crush on her senior colleague and trying her best to grt his attention, I mean I don't blame her though because he's handsome and charismatic. I would've the biggest crush on him too if I were her. However, I do wish he would make the first move too, but it's okay I'll let it pass this time. Moreover, the reason I like the FL because she's kind-hearted, hardworking and really empathetic. I might be bias, butI think I have a soft spot for kind-hearted female leads, but I don't mean that I like weak or submissive characters. I actually hate doormat characters and female leads who are constantly helpless. What I like is a woman who's gentle, compassionate and vulnerable, but still has a backbone and knows how to stand up for herself. I really admire the idea that someone can go through difficult things without becoming cold or cruel. To me, that kind of softness is actually a form of strength. I love seeing how genuine kindness and love can gradually affect people, especially someone who has stopped believing in love.
I also like the ML character. He is not a total jerk and genuinely nice too, even though he may seem a bit distant and cold at first due to traumatic experience in past relationship. I love seeing him gradually melt and falls over FL, I think it was cute and pure. Therefore, I'm looking for similar dramas with pair like this. I'm open to any genre, not necessarily slice of life:) Bonus if it's a slow burn, I get boring easily once they became official haha
