Untouchable - Different mysteries are solved each episode, but it all connects to one bigger mystery.  
TRICK - Both have Nakama Yukie in it!
Quiz Show 2 -  The drama only solves one mystery, but it's still very entertaining. I haven't seen the first one, but it was still a great watch!

Vampire Prosecutor 
Three Days - 1 mystery/suspense but many twists
and Ghost - cyber investigation haven't watched this yet but its been rated very high on other sites

For Crime Mystery:
God's Quiz has 4 seasons and is very good in the procedural crime drama way.
Bad Guys is also really good!
