viki.com & dramafever.com are free streaming sites who buy the licenses for dramas and sub popular dramas very quickly (within hours of the episode airing in korea), i recommend checking out those first (to support both sites & encourage them to license more dramas), and only then (if you don't find the drama) going to the illegal streaming sites already mentioned.
