To recommend something to someone with nearly 200 complete dramas and Jdramas no less, is a feat but I'd recommend Death Note & Parasyte for obvious reasons.
@Bipasha

From your PTW list, I liked Missing Noir M and Once Upon a Time In Saengchori the most of the ones I've seen.  Missing Noir M is pretty grim, but also very good.  Saengchori is kind of a crazy ride, but I really loved the ending and found it surprisingly moving for such a wacky show.

Shark, Special Affairs Team TEN, Secret and The Princess' Man ^^
@Nocturna: Mitsu no aji! :)

It's slow and melo, but for what it's worth, I loved it during my early days of drama watching. It's rare to see it on someone's ptw-list.

Loving, Never Forgetting - I'm still making my way through it, but it's a really angsty but satisfying drama so far. The dubbing is sometimes annoying, but the actors push through that (especially the main male actor) and I find myself becoming quite absorbed in the story.

The Lover was one of the most hilarious dramas I've ever seen.
