Drama with romance similar to Big Man(2014)

Can anyone recommend drama similar to korean drama Big Man (2014)?

Specifically, the female lead lies to (plays/manipulates) the male lead in the beginning due to circumstance, but later fall in love with the male lead for real and regret what she did, and they end up together.

I never watched Big Man so I can't make a comparison but the chinese drama Destined to Love You has a similar plot. Myung Wol the Spy might also fit your description in a way. It's a rom-com about a north-korean spy trying to seduce a famous actor.
