maybe vampire-themed dramas like Blood, Orange Marmalade, and Vampire Detective (haven't seen any of them)
or Drama Special Series Season 1: White Christmas I think it's suppose to be on the spookier side (genre tags include Suspense, Thriller, Mystery )
another creepy one I heard people rave about is Save Me
otherwise you can check out regular crime dramas (there's plenty of) or ghost-themed ones (like Oh My Ghostess & Bring It On, Ghost ) - though not all of them are scary.
