Movie with (a) real twist(s)

I would love to watch any Asian movie with a true twist at the end, or more than one twist throughout. I really want to fall off my sofa, with my jaw on the floor! Any setting/genre, as long as the twist is really unexpected, and both plot and acting are superb.

Any recommendation welcome! Thank you.

PS: twist-wise, something like "Forgotten". I loved it. And not just because Kang Ha Neul was in it...ahem...
