There's a drama clip I don't remember anything else just remembers that maybe bromance..
a guy may be one of the leads got thrown into the fountain by the servant(not sure) front of someone's house and another guy saves him and throw the servant there:)

Guys help me find this drama. i dont even remember if it was a historical themed drama or not. i only remember one part of the plot:
the female lead is decieved into thinking she's pregnant with first or second male lead (i dont remember which), she loves the other male lead, but this guy is so toxicly in love, he makes servants give her a tonic that creates pregnancy symptoms (nausea, throwing up, menstrual delay...) and when doc is called, he makes him say that shes pregnant. so she thinks shes pregnant and stays with that guy (i guess they were actually married and had physical intimacy? dunno) while loving another. and after she thinks shes with a child, he keeps giving her tonic to keep the symptoms while saying its for pregnancy protection. after a while she fins out but misunderstandings between her and the other male occur in the meantime.

Google says Circle of Love but I've not seen it and can't tell if it fits. Worth a shot?

Darn. Could it have been a vertical drama? That seems like something that would be in one of those.
