Female lead's feeling swayed by second male lead

and she feels super guilty about it because she's dating the male lead. She never does anything with the second male lead. Eventually she breaks up because she's gained these feelings, but rejects the second male lead after he tries to get her on the rebound. Eventually the male lead and female lead reconcile.

I'd honestly take any where she gains feelings and that causes drama with the male lead.
