Any Drama/Movie where Gender Roles are reversed? (manly girl / feminine boy)

You might like Mr. Queen .  It doesn't fit your description, but it is definitely the most creative approach to the gender issue I have seen so far in a drama.

there are so many gender switch dramas but most memorable with amazing (!) acting by FL (man in female body) and soo great character have "Mr.queen" and "please come back mister".

I didn't think there would be character/acting like FL from "Mr. queen" but then I watched Please Come Back, Mister  which even has bonus - great very funny ML amazingly portrayed by Rian- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_H8Z1tD-hks
