Pregnancy / Baby dramas?

I’ve been watching Oh My Baby and from the first moment, I have loved and breathed it and I think it’s incredible.I’ve never actually seen any other dramas or movies following a storyline including pregnancy, fertility issues, somebody longing for a baby but not able to have one, or doesn’t have a partner to have a baby with - any suggestions❤️

SO glad Czakhareina mentioned Goodbye to Goodbye!  The baby is central to this outstanding Drama, just not in a way that might have been expected by normal Drama standards.

A woman's desire to have a child and her finding out why she can't is also a very powerful arc in Yeah That's How It Is.
