Well-Intended Love has a pregnancy arc for quite a few eps until the last when the baby is born (there's only one scene with the parents and baby but it's cute).
Chef Hua - the FL is pregnant for several eps until the end (the birth isn't shown), and the ML is very happy/involved.
Rebirth for You (FL is pregnant for the last few eps and their daughter is shown in the last scene)
Well Dominated Love (the pregnancy is only the last episode, but the ML has the cutest, most excited reaction and is the most involved dad I've seen in a drama. There's an end scene with them and the baby.)
and all of these have the similar plot of the couple separating, FL then learning she's pregnant, and a few years later reuniting with the ML who then becomes involved in raising their child and marries the FL, so there's a tiny bit of pregnancy and a lot of co=parenting.
Love You Self-Evident (this one has three children - the one the couple had together before their separation and the twins she had after)
Born to Be Together (twins, father raises one, mother raises the other, both parents have amnesia and don't remember each other at first)
Mommy's Counterattack (gender flipped version in which the ML raises the child and it' s the mother who returns)
Qing Luo (both leads have amnesia so the FL doesn't know her son's father and the ML has no idea he has a son. However, long before he knows, he treats the boy as his son.)
and sort of but not quite
Please Be Married (the lead's couple goes back in time from the future to get his parents together so they end up raising him in the past - the second season ends with the FL pregnant.)
