Dramas where the main lead had an makeover

I've been looking for a dramas, where the main lead (preferably female lead) had an makeover? I probably have seen and heard about some of them, but i can't really remember any right now. Well actually i do know some japanese dramas, but what about korean? Can you guys recommend any good ones?

The only drama that comes to my mind is Snow White, there was a big makeover of the main girl throughout the whole drama, but i don't remember if it was any good or not :)
