If you're still looking for recs, you might give the Thai Drama Hormones/Hormones 2 a shot. It's an ensemble cast, and each character pretty much gets an episode that focuses on them, but there are gay characters (both male and female) that get significant story lines. I really enjoyed it, especially the second season. The third season has just started, too. There is also Lovesick, another Thai drama, but I haven't gotten around to watching that one yet.
