If that's what you're looking for, you should try dramas from thailand, to be more specific look for the "Slap and Kiss" tag on MDL. (But I'll warn you, some of them have rape scenes.) There are also a bunch of dramas about mafia.
Even without this tag, you should find this kind of scene (forced kiss going unpunished) way more easily in thai dramas than chinese or korean ones. For korean dramas, it was a cliché scene long ago so maybe if you look for dramas that are from 2000's, you'll get lucky.
