Drama where FL has a phobia/she’s really afraid of something

I would like to watch some romance drama where there’s that kind of situation when the FL is really scared by something (example: thunders) and the ML comes to calm her down by staying by her side.

No philippines or Thai drama pls

Reminds me of Ouran High School Host Club.

Healer - Violence due to childhood abuse. She has panic attacks.
Just Between Lovers - Enclosed spaces like elevators (she avoids them) / abandoned spaces(she shuts down). Due to surviving a building a collapse.
Come and Hug Me - She has PTSD and a few triggers related to an incident where she was nearly killed by her parents' murderer.
