I don't have a favorite list of Chinese modern dramas, but my favorite historicals are-
- The Story of Minglan
- The Story of Yanxi Palace
- Princess Agents
However, I like a huge variety of Chinese historicals, so other than The Story of Minglan, which is my ultimate fav, I like a ton that could make my top 3 list. Like Rookie Agent Rogue, Rise of the Phoenixes, Love & Destiny, The Imperial Doctress, The Legend of Lu Zhen, & Sound of the Desert. + so many more ^_^
I think we have the same taste^^. I almost watch all your fav. Of course Story of Minglan is my ultimate fav too, that's why I often drop much drama in the middle of watching cause Story of Minglan sets the bar too high. :)
