FL ends up with supporting character and Not the ML

is there any drama or movie where the FL ends up with a supporting or recurring character? and not with the ML. 

i am not talking about the SML (second male lead getting the girl trope), just like one of the characters who weren't all that important and no one saw it coming that FL with end up with them. 

is there any show like that? any country will do , any language , any length of eps or movie will do

Might depend on what you mean by "end up with". In Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo the FL first falls for and has a relationship with the 8th Prince (I consider him the SML) then falls for and has a relationship with the 4th Prince (the ML). The 3rd Prince is her enemy, the 13th Prince is her friend, and the 10th and 14th princes have one-sided feelings for her. In the end, the FL marries the 14th Prince so that she can leave the palace and the 4th Prince after he becomes King.

For real. And their dad nearly married her too. 

Also, I don't think this is what you had in mind, but Extraordinary You is a drama about characters in a webtoon that become self-aware. The FL of the drama is a supporting character in the webtoon and the ML of the drama is an unnamed extra in the webtoon.

I think, drama The Master's Sun fits here. I watched it a long time ago, but as far as I remember at the end FL suddenly meets mysterious man she had a connection with when she was in coma
