FL is not your typical FL in your opinion

I've seen like hundreds of Korean and Chinese roms, but only two had me questioning or wondering what the FL would do in the next episode. Unfortunately, the dramas wasn't good enough for me to remember them. But one was really long, like 50+ episodes. 

Any dramas you've seen where the FL doesn't go the typical FL route? 

In my opinion definitely Waen Dok Mai 

I went into this series with zero exeptions and found gold. The FL is really refreshing, so is the ML and the couple itself. Only minus point are the side characters because they get awfully annoying.

My Queen - FL enters a videogame and so she acts according to it. She is smart (okay... not always :D) and doesn't like rules, so her actions are unpredictable. Other characters are great too and also funny. 

Please Don’t Spoil Me - FL also enters fictional world, she is also unpredictable, but imho not so smart. :)

Dear Missy-not strictly romance, but OMG, the female leads are absolutely realistic. 

Fall In Love: Drama so-so, but FL was so intriguing and strong and vulnerable. 

Love is Science: also very unexpected female roles all around. 

Only Side by Side with You: Super Stubborn lady  engineer, really into her job.
