I Need Romance 2

Familiar Wife - This does have a supernatural element as the ML resets his life by going back in time to never meet his wife. But that happens very early on and once that reset happens it's a very grounded show. That good angsty ex regret is super prevalent in this drama. It's one of my favorites.
