When the motorcycle scene transitions to LZW and HYX on the bike. Is this the new timeline? 

I am confused because I just rewatched the credits and LZW is wearing his school uniform when he was a teen and HYX has the same hair from 2019 when she was 27?

Almost a year late, but it's probably just a way of showing that the student LZW and adult HYX do get their happy ending, despite coming from different times and ages. The extra scene shows it most clearly.
