On Watchlists, add ability to make Notes viewable to friends, or the public at large.

stumbled upon this thread bc i was wondering about the notes visibility too, but this suggestion is exactly what i needed bc i just wanted to write my "review" the way people on letterboxd might do it and this gave me that!! thank you!!

I have a quick question: Are the Notes we make, on our Watchlist, private to us? Or is it accessible by/visible to friends or the public?

I'm asking because I want to keep these notes privately to myself.
