Ratings/Review Filtering

1. You shouldn't be able to give 0.5 on the app.

2. Just copy the MyAnimeList system, because reviews here are messed up. It will encourage people to write. That means 3 categories, and no downvotes: recommended, mixed feelings and not recommended. 5/6.5 goes in mixed feelings by default.
