Distinguishing spoilers tends to be rather subjective a lot of the times, I was thinking that this doesn't have to be solved from the poster's side necessarily.
This won't apply to everyone, but I think a good value for money option to have is to allow each user to filter their feeds, by filtering out posts that have to do with dramas they have yet to complete or watch(PTW). It could either be a Do or Don't filter everything out, or it could be a level-type option, where one option is filter everything out, another is filter out only PTW'd dramas for me and don't filter anything.
I figure that some sort of personalized filtering already happens for friends-only feeds(at least), so it can potentially solve a lot of issues.
