India is multicultural and multilingual country, so, I think it will be slightly difficult to make database for it but not impossible I think. Hope someday south Asia will also be part of MDL.
I hope the same. I am an Indian living in America and i love indian stuffs but i like cdramas, jdramas, kdramas, and tdramas also. and I also wish to have a website with those dramas. If i was a software engineer right now, i would make one.

Maybe some Vietnam films don't have many English subtitles but it's getting popular lately, I can help subbing it.
