My understanding was that it was going to be adapted into a live action film in China... they probably just used an image from the anime when creating the page. That said, it might have been cancelled or indefinitely delayed like a thousand other titles in China.

Also, please change the drama to 56 episodes. It's still on airing, but disappears on the homepage of MDL. People can't find the entrance.
