where can I watch the 21 episode version and is it different than the 16 episode version?

I'm on episode 7 right now and Viki only has the 16 episodes. I don't know If I'd wanna watch 21 episodes, but it would be nice to know where I can find them if anyone knows. perhaps a torrent file?
