Im not so familiar on the difference of KBS and KBS2. Maybe KBS2, you have to pay extra to get the channel, and thus the viewer share looks lower?

KBS is mostly news and cultural shows. They do sometimes air family dramas. 

KBS2 is the entertainment channel that airs dramas and entertainment programs such as music and variety shows.

I highly suggest Signal too. 

Also, I suggest Dark https://www.netflix.com/title/80100172 which will be airing its final season this month. I just started rewatching Drak to prepare myself for the final season.
