Odd censoring

When the girls are being led off to the afterlife, in episode 5, Taluipa is show smoking some sort of pipe.

I am watching on Amazon Prime, in USA, but for some reason this pipe is obviously blurred out. Anyone know why?

i’ve seen this happen in other dramas as well, and i’m from america. i think it’s because of broadcasting compliance regulations in korea. they tend to blur weapons too.
