It's a revenge story where two swordsmen join forces to fight a powerful, evil organization. It reminds me so much of "Word of Honor" that I'm impressed it passed censorship. Therefore, I'm somewhat hesitant in my recommendation in the main comments, hoping that not too many haters will notice and that all episodes can hopefully be released.
