Umi No Hajimari

Its my first time signing up on this website, where do i go to view Episode 9 & 10, all i see is you can chat and type reviews....thats not what i need.... i need english subtitles for these 2 episodes as dramacool.pa only released the RAW version no eng sub...please help.
