is this exclusive for series? i just recently watched a movie, Tell The World I Love You, it's good but doesn't have nc/kissing scenes

Does it count if they show them about to kiss but not actual lips connecting, or they imply kissing but don’t get close enough to see?

In Kamisama No Ekohiki they kiss but film it from a distance so you can’t really see.

I intended to not list films with an implied kiss. Like cutting off the scene the instant before their lips touch, but you know, they gonna kiss. Or an only camera angle kiss, or filmed far, far away. That's the reason I didn't list Kamisama No Ekohiki although I watched and liked it a lot.

Yes, implied in Shoulder to Cry on though not like Cherry Magic where they show them getting close and cut away. It’s more implied adult relationship with kissing and sex but all they ever show is some wrestling maybe.

Before you do so, I think I will reconsider my decision. I have opened this list for two types of viewers: The ones who feel comfortable without the display of too much intimacy, even praising the chemistry build up by only facial expression, voice and acting on point. The other ones however are too disappointed after getting so much invested in the love story to not being able to witness the couple’s physical affection.
I remember the comments – especially for these two series Cherry Magic and A Shoulder to Cry On – wishing so much for a final kiss. Hence, it makes some sense to include them into my list, so that (new) BL viewers can avoid these dramas, if the disappointment for a missing kiss really is too much for them to endure and feeling as if they had wasted their time.
About Kamisama No Ekohiki I'm indecisive. After all, the kiss is there, it can be seen, even if it's only from far. So my list title "BL without a kiss" isn't correct for this drama. Maybe, I should omit films with camera-angle- and far-away-kisses from my list...

These are helpful but I purposely have not been keeping track of all the short-form dramas because I’m already overwhelmed with all the full-length new BLs. I follow a bunch of channels on YouTube, so I figure I can check those if I have time or inclination to watch a short drama.
I have been trying to keep track of which studio all the Thai dramas I watch come from, but even that is hard with new studios popping up.
I don’t have time to check over my list today for anything helpful but I haven’t forgotten about your kiss/no kiss list. I will post some additions for you when I have a chance.

I can understand you. It seems I have a bit a soft spot for short films.^^ Because of their compactness, they are sometimes atmospherically more dense and in the best case even meaningful. My very favourite short BL is Original Sin (there is a 4K-resolution: youtube.com/watch?v=qdkcT3r7gSg).
I don’t have time to check over my list today for anything helpful but I haven’t forgotten about your kiss/no kiss list. I will post some additions for you when I have a chance.
