For now I think there is only Thailand but there must have been a few exceptions I'm curious I will probably do some research later.

I remember one from China in Addicted the second couple and 10 years later Love After Addiction as a main couple but in Addicted they didn't had the time to become a couple since the drama was stopped.

I hope we will see some repeat couples from China!

Actually the reason I created this thread was to advocate for Garfield, who was main actor in Pit Babe 2 (but honestly, it was pretty close to a support role). Now waiting for Heart by Heart where he should have a real main lead role !
