What do you all think about Great Bright? I personally find them a curious pairing and that curiosity is the one thing attracting me to Lovers and Gangsters. What do y'all think?

I think it would be really awesome if they announced that Nut and Hong would be continuing WayNight's story in a sequel to 'Twenty-One'. I yearnn for NutHong content lol

Honestly I don’t get the whole “it will ruin the group” thing, TutorYim are a pair and also members of DEXX, same with TeeteePor who have become one of the biggest pairings since Duang With You, not to mention Auau has Save as well, kind of like how William has Est, and I never see anyone talking about how their pairing is “ruining the group.” Not to mention while it could be true that GMMTV doesn’t fully go into WayNight’s story since it happens way after the 21 storyline, I think it would be pretty stupid for the company to cast a noncouple for a very obvious romance plot. It erases from the writing, and they have a LOT of different couples to choose from, it didn’t have to be NutHong. I think while we might not get a kiss scene or anything, we should at the very least get some light flirting, or teasing from Way since that the way his character is at the beginning of the 23 novel. I think it’s very suspicious that GMMTV didn’t even announce their character names when they announced the series which leads me to believe that they are hiding it so the fans freak out more when its confirmed that they will start working together more as NutHong. HOWEVER if they go the bromance route I think they would be making a very dumb business decision. BUT THATS ME JUST THINKIN

If I'd have to guess, I'd say DewTee will definitely get another bromance show in 2027 lineup. It's a hot genre this year with both Wu and Mr.Kill success and they have a big fanbase and people generaly love them, I didn't see any negative comments about them.

And yes, I would gladly watch them in BL, but bromance is fine with me, too. As long as they are on my screen, I'm happy 😀❤️ (that also goes for basicly every other GMMTV pair, I just adore them all, what can I say...).

I'm thinking of SkyNani. While I'm a big fan of them both and I enjoy gmmtv's brand of bromance, I don't want them to get a show together next year. We already have Arrest and Action coming up, and one of the reasons I like bromance pairings is so that they aren't tied down to their partners. They've already had Muteluv and I'd like them to maybe do something different this year, and come back in 2028. As for DewTee, they should definitely get another show. They are quite popular because of Mr Kill, but it's a new pairing who's joint fan base isn't as stable as Iminas, so I'd rather Gmm capitalise on the popularity and win them a solid fanbase

NutHong are already a ship since they’re playing together in Twenty One. In the interviews they gave at the line up, they even said it’s their first series together and that we have to wait and see if they end up together and that it’s up to how the script will be written, which means the possibility is there. Whether they end up together or not in 21 doesn’t erase the fact that they are portraying canonically queer characters that are romantically involved with each other.

As for Satang, I think he could end up being paired with Tytan because I’ve seen them hang out together quite a lot since Tytan joined Gmmtv.

I mean I was so certain that we are getting NutHong after Twenty One, but there are so many people who are saying they won't paired up as they are from the same group. Jaoying and Chari was supposed to be a side couple in Wish Upon a Star but now they have different partners. I'm really confused at this point. And wanna wait until the official announcement

I’m sorry but I never understood the comparison between NutHong and Jaoying and Chari because their situations are different? NutHong have been promoting as a pair since last year when ThamePo ended. They’ve been having events together (almost) every month, have spoken about their characters in 21 and we even saw them being hinted at in the pilot trailer. Not to mention they were also one of the most awaited pairs at the gmmtv 2026 line up event. Meanwhile, we barely saw Jaoying and Chari in the Wish Upon A Star pilot and I’ve personally never seen them say anything about their characters or potentially being a pair in the series (correct me if I’m wrong though, if they talked about it), nor did they have any events just the two of them like NutHong do (I would’ve loved to see them as a pair too though). Yes, both ships are in groups together, but I personally don’t think their situations are the same. I’m also going to be honest that I found it quite hypocritical how lots of people assumed very easily that Jaoying and Chari would be a GL pair in WUAS but have a very hard time assuming that NutHong would be a BL pair in 21 or are thoroughly convinced they’re just bromance because otherwise the group will be “ruined”. So if Jaoying and Chari would’ve been a pair in WUAS it wouldn’t have ruined Felizz or anything but if NutHong would be a pair, then it would ruin Lykn? Btw, this isn’t aimed at you but just in general.

And ofc, you can wait to see what happens with NutHong
