Recommendation: A separate section & threads specifically contributors to update when they submit and what they submit so that no one is submitting the same thing. Every time you submit, you'd update that specific thread that relates to what you have submitted.

IE: If we had a "Chinese Verticals" contributor section, the threads would be like "Actress Submissions" and in there, contributors could post a link to the person they added and post their ENG & CH name along with the date they submitted. Like, "06/02/2026 Submitted Han Yu Tong 韩雨彤 https://duanjubaike.org/actor/240) and as such for Korean and other countries. Having separate sections for full-length and vertical dramas and having them split into smaller sub-categories would help all contributors keep up and know what was in the queue so we don't all submit the same things and that way we can focus on stuff that's not on here yet. Or if you submit a whole list, you could simply list them all out by number & link. Same with dramas and other talents of course.
