1. The Heart Killers
Thai Drama - 2024, 12 episodes
#1 - I know I am probably biased about this, because I absolutely adore #JoongDunk, #FirstKhaotung, and P'Jojo, but I don't think there will ever be a series that feels so taylored to my taste. It has everything I love - including cars (and Porsche tags and Fast&Furious mentions and a NFS Underground 2 shirt) and references to movies and books that I love and finally they are all adults - out of school, out of university.
There are tons and tons of parallels among characters and couples and yet because of their characters (and different dynamics), it never feels the repetitive. Also, very sexxxy, including what I'm guessing is August 22nd in the last part of EP12.
To me, this is perfection, period. I would give it 11 if I could. -
2. Leap Day
Thai Drama - 2025, 12 episodes
#2 - This is so freaking good - it was from EP1 till the very end. I am not looking for dramas to overanalyse and see if/where there are plot holes and whatever; no one is perfect, okay?
The brotherhood, the love, the care, the gentleness - this shows has it all. This might be my favorite role of Pond.
Him and Gun and Pahn and Dew were all absolutely amazing. -
3. Guardians of the Dafeng
Chinese Drama - 2024, 40 episodes
#3 - Yep, this one was so, so good. I loved Didi's character and the way he played him. It was not romance-centric, as I expected, but it focused on so many characters, bringing them all to life, not just the mains. And that scene in EP39, I was crying along Xu Qi'An too. It was really powerful - justice served, finally.
I really hope they do a S2. There are still so many questions left unanswered. -
4. Mobius
Chinese Drama - 2025, 16 episodes
#4 - It's like if Reset and You Are My hero had a child. Of course, it will have BJT in it.
The best episode for me was EP1, so funny and action filled. It truly was amazing. After seeing the whole setup for the next case, with so many locations and stories, I knew it would be the only other story in the drama.
And the main villain was not that hard to guess, but I loved that because with little to no mystery, I could actually enjoy each episode.
The romance wasn't needed, really. But sure, let him kiss all the leading ladies ;)BTW, it is not fully in Mandarin ... it was such an experience to listen, I loved that.

5. Khemjira
Thai Drama - 2025, 12 episodes
#5 - I've been waiting for #KengNamping since DMD S1 ended ... and it was worth it.
This is my introduction to Thai horror and thankfully it was not that bad -- the scariest episode was the first one, with the jump scares; the rest were definitely more manageable (not like GBYFD seems to be, help).
Honestly, I loved both couples equally -- #KengNamping and #TleFirstOne. The story was also so well done, which is usually not the case for Thai dramas, especially from DMD (which is very unfortunate because I really love those actors).
The only reason I am not giving it a 9 it's because I feel it's missing that one scene that really stands out - it's all very, very, very good overall. I may come back to this in a while.

6. Fish upon the Sky
Thai Drama - 2021, 12 episodes
Wow, who would have thought - I actually enjoyed this much more than any other #PondPhuwin series I've watched (EDIT: until early 2025). And that is despite Neo's character and all the bathroom humor. Mork is amazing and Pond did such a good job here, despite this being one of his first acting jobs. Phuwin's character was more difficult to portray, so kudos to him really. And the kiss initiated by Phuwin while surrounded by the balloons in the last episode is definitely among my favorites for this CP. (Ngl, this kinda makes me dislike P'New even more.) Oh, and I absolutely loved Satang here - he was sooo cool (again, why Toey ...).
-
7. Your Sky
Thai Drama - 2024, 12 episodes
Now this P'Kla I recognize - for what this series represents, it was beautifully done. It was not pure fluff, of course - the whole P'Oh storyline and EP11, but overall so very cute. I am still unsure what was my favourite CP here, because I've been patiently waiting for #ThomasKong (and tbh also #KengNamping) for about a year now, but #AuauSave go sooo well together.
-
8. Rainkissed Fate
Chinese Special - 2025, 30 episodes
They are soooooo freaking good together. I feel like they must be at least really good friends because you can feel the trust and the connection between them. And I mean that as work colleagues, I'm not trying to say anything beyond work. They just click, like really well.
And short dramas like this are meant to be at least a little bit ridiculous and over the top - all the slaps and miscommunication and obstacles and fate, right? It's part of the job. But they do it so convincingly, with so much feeling that it feels less fake.
And the OST, for which they even brought the song from Forever Love, was absolutely perfect. -
9. Perfect Match
Chinese Drama - 2025, 36 episodes
It was really a heart warming story and I love that we had time with each sister, more or less. Best character to me was Mother, she truly kept it all together, especially in the beginning when things were so tough. She may have been less knowledgeable, less refined, but she truly cared for all her girls. Oh, when she met that other mom in EP35 ... was so beautiful.
My favorite story was that of the 3rd sister, but I think there's a little bias here - I really like both actors. -
10. ThamePo Heart That Skips a Beat
Thai Drama - 2024, 13 episodes
So much fluff, awesome. It was really cute, with a peak in cutenesss at EP4, my fave.
Look, sometimes you need a woof-woof shower scene ;) and other times you need someone talking for 9+ hours on the phone, waiting for you to wake up so they can sing a song you love.
Both is good. -
11. Inverse Identity
Chinese Drama - 2024, 9 episodes
It's all less than 15 minutes, so why not just get it over with. The best thing I guess is that they spoke Mandarin. I would love to see more, but also I would like it to have a little bit more substance. Here we got fighting and drinking water. It felt like the story didnt even start, it felt kinda disconnected. Still, it's not like I hated it.
-
12. Secret Love
Thai Drama - 2024, 81 episodes
Ok, so still not a fan of micro-dramas, but I wanted to see #TleFirstOne. They're doing good, ngl. I was a bit unsure at first about them together, but honestly they click -- they both sing, they have good chemistry together, even visually they complement each other.
Like others have said, the show could have skipped that one scene, but I liked that it was not without consequences and all forgiven with just an apology. It was probably worse for An, technically speaking, but Jin actually saw the damage his anger had caused. Real actions have real consequences, so it's good that that was the case here.
Cannot wait to see them again in Khemjira and especially in You(r)Tuber. From the DMD Lineup with only Gen3&4, their series is my most anticipated one. -
13. Ossan's Love Thailand
Thai Drama - 2025, 12 episodes
So this forced/in-your-face comedy style is not really my jam; I am assuming they went for the same type of humor as the original Japanese drama.
Still, I've enjoyed the story overall - I couldn't always get why so many people fell in love with Heng at the same time, but he definitely had his moments. Mo on the other hand was probably too caring and too considerate ... so like, the perfect person for Heng.
It's all good vibes really, but just that. Also, #EarthMix are such a married couple, really ... so cute. -
14. Perfect 10 Liners
Thai Drama - 2024, 24 episodes
Aaand it's finally over, after 6 months. I've probably enjoyed it more than I thought I would; still it definitely felt like S1/2/3 in one. I really liked #ForceBook here, especially in their part of the story (EP1-8). Also both #PerthSanta and #JuniorMark left a good impression.
My favourites of course were #AouBoom and not just because of the heat, but mostly because they felt the most mature ones - not uni kids, but adults with problems, working through them. Cannot wait to see them as leads! -
15. The First Frost
Chinese Drama - 2025, 32 episodes
So this is the story of Sang Yan, Sang Zhi's older brother. I don't dislike the actor change, especially Sang Yan, but that's because I absolutely love BJT. At times it did feel strange, but I got over it.
I really liked this story, even if it may seem (not just) a little bit stalkerish. Because Sang Yan always kept his distance, never intervened in her life. He just wanted to be her safety net - not pushing, not pulling, just be there if and only when she let him.
There is just one thing that I really disliked - when the FL left as an adult, after confronting her relatives. One episode I felt so proud of her for having the courage and the nerves to stand up for herself and the next she disappeared again. Just like her older self would have done. She brought back some of that courage when dealing with her mother which she did not forgive her.
I take it that changes of this magnitude required time - very realistic. -
16. Lovely Runner
Korean Drama - 2024, 16 episodes
This was an interesting story. I loved the changes in the storyline made by each time-travel - it felt like a different story each time. Also, the height difference - wow!
-
17. Your Sky of Us
Thai Special - 2025, 3 episodes
Cute episodes, sure. I would have loved to see more of RealHia, of course. #AuauSave are so freaking amazing.
-
18. Sweet Tooth, Good Dentist
Thai Drama - 2025, 11 episodes
Ngl, I was hoping it was better. #MarkOhm behind the scenes and in interviews are so witty and fun ... it just wasn't there. Also, I think this was initially 12 EPs and then it got reduced to 11 because it was not doing that great and the last couple of episodes did feel very rushed.
Still, I'm happy that GMMTV's not dropping them as a CP. Hopefully their next drama will be better! -
19. Boys in Love
Thai Drama - 2025, 12 episodes
It's a cute story. Initially I was more interested in the director rather than anything else, but this is a really nice shift from the standard high-school Thai BLs. The communication skills of these characters were absolutely top notch - probably the thing I liked best.
As for the actors/characters themselves, I problably liked #ChokunAston more because they were so freaking cute - those dimples, man! However, all of them did their part ... even the teachers. -
20. Pit Babe Season 2: Uncut
Thai Drama - 2025, 13 episodes
So ... the first mpreg will be in a CBL, then. Who would have thought.
Up until the very last scene I was hoping. Oh, well.I love that they gave everything an explanation, including Chris' appearance and Tony's comeback. I also very much love the whole Mama and Papa thing and that they kept it. I wish we would have had a third execution of the locker scene ;), maybe to help with Charlie's memories ... I will keep the ones from S1 in a special place in my memory.
I feel they tried to do some justice for all the other CPs, but maybe 5 CPs in 13 episodes are just too many, really. Hopefully the next dramas from Change2561 will give them more space.
Still very much a fan of #PoohPavel, so I guess I have a horror drama to look forward to.
-
21. The Next Prince: Uncut
Thai Drama - 2025, 14 episodes
Ngl, I was hoping for a little bit more.
It was good, but not ... great. The NC scenes were VERY intense, especially those between our main couple, #ZeeNuNew. But I mean, I want more than just passion in the bedroom (or whatever room LOL).As for the non-romance plot, the changes made in the end are very little -- if you think about it, the previous king got his wish and lived enough to see it. But I also know that real change takes time and maybe they wanted to show this. You cannot destabilize an entire country, you need to give changes time.
I wanted a more detalied ending for RamilPaytai - like, what their future life would look like. And where and how. Same with CalvinJay. Their stories felt a tiny bit incomplete.
It's a good story, but it could have been better.
-
22. Legend of the Female General
Chinese Drama - 2025, 36 episodes
I've liked ZY since I first saw her in WoH and CL since MJTY, so it was off to a good start. And honestly, it was not that bad of a story ... it just missed a spot or two.
Dramas are supposed to SHOW stuff, not just tell.
And also, seriously no one could recognize the difference between her and her brother or that she was really small and dainty to be a man?
In the last battle I finally felt (and saw) them as equals in battle. And yeah, it literally takes the whole series when this is (allegedly) her main trait. So, not bad per se, but could have been loads better. Still, good acting.
-
23. Revenged Love
Chinese Drama - 2025, 24 episodes
I didn't want to end this one. It is really cute and wholesome.
My favorite character is definitely WSW - so expressive and funny and somewhat naive/pure ... and also hard working and caring and daring. I love that he found someone like CC who really sees him for what he is.
-
24. Memoir of Rati
Thai Drama - 2025, 12 episodes
Sooo many sweet vibes and feelings. Really a beautiful story and, in the end, they made it work - the magic of BL, I guess, given the time period. I wouldn't have minded more of #AouBoom tbh. Their story felt less powerful than usual, still cute though.
The main OST song is really, really beautiful. It sets the tone perfectly for the 1910s.
-
25. Suntiny
Thai Drama - 2025, 10 episodes
This just makes me want to watch Two Worlds again - that one was so, so good ... why this?!
Honestly, not even #MaxNat's chemistry could save this one.
The only good thing to come out of this was that they had the courage to do something you don't usually see in Thai BLs - switching it up; that was 10/10.I didn't hate the series per se ... but like, I never want to watch it again. Hopefully, their next drama is better.
-
26. Ren Mian Tao Hua Zhang Xiang Yi
Chinese Drama - 2025, 80 episodes
I think I wrote something about not being fan of micro-dramas ... yeah, this is a vertical one, too. Well, I am NOT a fan and I absolutely prefer 40 minutes episodes, but this was not bad. It looked like a 2 hour-ish movie that froze for a little bit every 2 minutes. The format itself kept the drama entertaining, because of these mini-cliffhangers.
As for the drama itself, the story was really engaging. The initial flashbacks - at one point there was a flashback in a flashback - were a bit off-putting, but after establishing the characters, it was better. I loved the ending and the FL was really awesome. (Also, a straight couple after all the BLs I've been watching is a nice change.)
As always, I love hearing some (simpler) Mandarin.
-
27. Kill to Love
Singaporean Drama - 2025, 12 episodes
They met each other again in heaven, so ... let's say it is a sort-of HE. I love my pink-colored eye glasses on, thank you very much. I also hate BE.
The last episode was pure poetry, in Mandarin. It was so emotional and so much love transpired - such a strong, powerful, consuming, obsessive love.DZA: "You love the one who hates you and you hate the one who loves you!"
XSH: "Aren't you both?" -
28. A League of Nobleman
Chinese Drama - 2023, 29 episodes
This one was really interesting. The plot was narrated really well - at first it looked like magic or such, and then bam! science. In the end the plot was nothing ground-breaking or anything, but the way it was presented was flawless.
My favourite character was Lan Jue - very poised, very smart, very human. He kinda reminds me of Lan WangJi ... but less obsessively in love with his zhiji.
-
29. Love beyond the Curse
Chinese Drama - 2025, 23 episodes
The FL here is kinda just a damsel in distress ... almost until the very end.
Still, DGZ in a sort-of vampire role was different. -
30. Cupid's Last Wish
Thai Drama - 2022, 10 episodes
#EarthMix are always a pleasure to watch, even when the show is not that good.
This is no ATOTS, no MLC, still I enjoyed watching them together. -
31. Omniscient Reader: The Prophecy
Korean Movie - 2025
I really watched it for AHS e LMH ... not bad, it feels very American though.
It is very fast paced and I know that we, as well as KDJ, know the story and the rules of this neworld, but in the movie it all happens so fast. People who had no idea just bam, suddenly knowing everything, with sponsors and special skills and all. Like, how?!
Also, there literally isn't a moment of respite - it keeps on going. At this point, I want to take a break and just ... breathe.
The ending seemed quite open to season 2. I really wonder if they'll go there.
-
32. ABO Desire
Chinese Drama - 2025, 16 episodes
And it's confirmed -- the first (and second ;)) mpreg speaks Mandarin!
The last episode was really rushed, especially the last 25 minutes. And the second couple needed so much more time, I really feel bad for SWL and GT.
That being said, the first couple was done pretty well. The acting was really on point, the dialogue was great. I loved their banter, especially after SSY found out that HY was not a defenceless Omega. Their honeymoon period was sublime.
So, yeah, a healthy mix of good and bad. I am happy I watched this.
-
33. I'm the Most Beautiful Count
Thai Drama - 2025, 13 episodes
They tried - and succeded! - to make this story as fun and camp as possible. The original story I'm sure has much more depth and gravitas than this ... but at the end of the day dramas are supposed to be enjoyed.
It's been really interesting to see the difference between Prince and the original Worradej - Nut did an excellent job.
And the little king was also really well done. You can tell he's young, has no idea really what to do with all the power he has and he really just relies on his older brother. Their relationship was one of the strongest points of this drama. Also, can I say that after exactly 0 kisses in PitBabe1, this year between PitBabe2 and this one Nut has been kissing the hell out of Ping ... awesome job! xD
-
34. Revamp the Undead Story
Thai Drama - 2025, 10 episodes
Ngl, I was hoping for better ... how come it's always him?!
The thing I probably loved most was Dunk's guest role (pure bias, I know) -- he'd said in an interview he would love to play a vampire and he did it - kudos to him.
#BounPrem I really like, but I would love to see them with another director.
Also, this was probably my favourite role of Mark's - a real adult, capable of dealing with problems, who knows what he wants ... and if he wants a "dog", let him have it/him(?).I would have loved to know what happens with the other almost-couple, but with Pokpong being still in school/uni maybe they thought he was too young to have such a storyline. Also, I don't think those actors are a CP, so maybe GMMTV was just testing it out? Could be.
-
35. Fated Hearts
Chinese Drama - 2025, 38 episodes
Now this is a true female general. And CZY is handsome and cute as usual - loved his hair and general demeanor in this drama.
This drama had so many betrayals for both leads that felt really tragic. On two separate occasions I found myself hoping for it to not be the worst possible outcome ... and that was it. From a viewer POV though, I guess this also means that it was rather predictable.
Still, I think the most interesting story was the one between the ML's sister and the other Emperor - crazy x crazy, but soo well done.
-
36. A Farmer's Fortune
Chinese Drama - 2025, 24 episodes
A very cute story to fill the void between all these horror shows I'm watching (why!?). So enjoyable really; while the story was nothing new, it was entertaining and all the characters, including (or maybe, especially) the little kids were so good.
The ending is a bit awkward, honestly, but for literally 1 minute, so who cares. I liked the rest enough, even considering it's a mini drama.
-
37. That Summer
Thai Drama - 2025, 10 episodes
So, I watched this only because I wanted to see what P'Jojo could do with WinnySatang ... and honestly, it was not bad at all.
We finally have Satang not playing a childish character (not as cool as in FUTS, but still million times better than in We Are) and also we have Winny whose character does a significant growth thoughout the series.
The ending was probably the most realistic part of the story, because changes take time, especially when the only obstacle is yourself. Davin took a lot of time to come to terms with what he wants to be and what do with his life, but his coming out to his parents was rather anticlimactic, because his parents weren't the real problem, it was himself.
Lava was right, Wave was a little bit braver.Still, they all their happily-ever-after!
-
38. Zomvivor
Thai Drama - 2025, 7 episodes
Ok, it took me a month, but I've made it through. Lately I've been watching a lot of scary stuff, LOL.
I liked how it started, in the middle of the situation, and little by little we got more background. I liked the acting from all the actors and actresses and I really like the main OST. I also really liked the ending, even if I generally don't like open endings.
Still, there were too many characters and too many names ... names usually said at random, that I always had to have the cast & crew tab open to understand who they were talking about. More than once I wished they called each other by their real name, because I know who all the actors are.
Ngl, I was expecting at least a little bit of BL, but nope. I don't even think CP partners talked to each other, because they were mostly in separate groups - maybe Keng and Namping? I don't remember though. Oh, and of course Zee and Nunew, but there we had confirmation of 0% BL.
My favorite character was probably Night, played by Nat - just doing his thing and coming up with solutions, without any major drama.
-
39. Dark Blue Kiss
Thai Drama - 2019, 12 episodes
I watched a 4-hour cut of the previous series to get to know PeteKao and SunMork ... and I still watched this.
I mean, it's not bad, but I think it's value is more in what this series means to Thai BL than what it actually is. At a time when they were so few and well, things were so different at that time, I get it.
But comparing Cherry Magic, another TayNew BL, to this ... yeah. The acting is actually rather good, even as young as they were. And to be fair, it's been a while since I've seen a real coming-out (well, if we don't consider the one in Me and Thee). Still, lots of points for effort!
-
40. Invincible Stepmother
Chinese Drama - 2023, 24 episodes
I mean, it is a rather cute time-travel story - modern day actress finds herself back in ancient times, as a very poor stepmother of three. Nothing life changing, but it's giving really strong positive vibes.
The romance here is very light and honestly, not the point of the show. I think they left it a bit open-ended just to see if maybe a S2 could be an option and they left the romance for that. I liked this part, ngl. They dedicated more time to the relationship between the characters as a family.
The main reason why I really enjoy these short dramas are because 1. it gives me an option to watch something on those days when I cannot focus on a 40-minute episode or I don't have the time to do so and 2. it uses simpler Mandarin that I can try to understand better.
