The classic masterpiece 

I cannot find cdramas I like... BUT when Chinese make something deep they make it DEEP. 

This movie is a masterpiece in so many ways 

The ML is from mainland China, but Stephen Chow let him loose here and he is totally and completely hillarios. 

I love everything that Stephen Chow made   (he is from Hong Kong)

Omg fun 

Great music and some of the best performances I have ever seen anywhere - Young Dad singing Yellow Shirt  scenes are just MASTERFUL scenes 

Amazing  psychological thriller and a study in complacency and sliminess - and how to overcome it

Anything from Stephen Chow is great 

Here that tai chi FL is just AMAZING and the scenes with her are AMAZING, her lines are a true gender equality, what she says and how ML treats her

amazing family drama 

I love the Lawyer sister as a rare competent FL. The Mi Young sister totally repeats her awful character in Would you Marry Me  - totally, even the clothing style. Wow that was boring. But Would you Marry me had ONE line that made it worth watching - shen FL meets the SML in the empty auditorium and she tells him she is sad to see him suffer and that she wishes that he heals and moves on and everyone be happy. The BEST piece of advice ever 

One of the best family dramas... bc of the nun sister... But hm.. I do not remember much of it, strangely :) I enjoyed it but I do not remember much of it. So it is not all that great then :) 

I was bored for some parts here, some characters are rather too simple, BUT there are characters I remember. One of the best family dramas out there 

The Imugi is soooo fun. As himself, very memorable... (That is one actor). In human body, hilarious LMAO  (that is another actor)

This drama is one of the best gender equality dramas, has a competent FL

The king is a great character 

I skipped the horror scenes :) 

This is a dive into complete darkness and insanity.... Completely creepy and scary but realistic. Excellent psychological thriller and portrayal of "normal" people who are actually criminals - mom, dad, their son and the other dad. The Dad is so good in his role, so creepy, it took me forever to forget him. He shows up in For Eagle Brothers  as a pretty nasty but still loving dad and steals the show, he is an amazing actor 

This drama has the BEST villains ever, the She Judge and her Lap Dog,  Gangster Major - omg those are MASTER actors.  Excellent psychological thriller. (ML and FL are so so) 

so funny LOL   The teenager behaving like a gangster boss is totally hilarious - the body language is perfect 

Classic....   FL is too dumb and not really fun to watch - except in the scene when she goes to the hospital at 2am and he escorts her - that is one of the funniest scenes ever,  Bc she is so dumb and vain.... and he goes along with it. Then the scenes in the hospital  LMAO 

and the alien is really fun to watch. His costuming? Just a perfect hairdo and stiff posture. AMAZING

Classic!!! Has great visuals and gets super funny ....  if you need to show a kdrama to a newbie who likes fun and visuals, this might be it 

A classic ... ML and FL are fantastic actors.... so funny 

Masterpiece 

Li Gong Ji is new actor here so that's not the best acting but is so genuine  so actually imo this is his best acting, together with Flower of Evil. The rest of his dramas are ... very simple acting 

Skip the first 20 episodes as soapy soap trash.  The rest is so interesting bc the issues are COMPLEX. ML is half a family man and half a gangster, and FL actress is  an excellent. 

Watch FL again in First Man.   

Dailies are great bc they show real people acting, not plastic surgery bots, and it is 30 mins so you can watch when you are pressed for time, and a quality daily has great actors and decent plot too.  Quality dailies are not easy to come by :) but so far anything with this FL actress is great and has a great crew of good actors. 

I have to add this drama bc of the ML actor.  While watching this drama, we the audience actually watched a star being born. ML actor was so energetic and fun about his role, he made himself memorable, and this role made him very famous.  But where is he now... ???  

There was so much comedy.... I didnt like too long scenes with food competitions

Great noona-young dad couple and a few more. 

Fantastic psychological thriller. It is mostly FL... the wife rarely shows up 

This drama starts super cheesy, with red neck ML and red neck humor and a snotty urban rich female who just steps all over him. It was a cringe.  And then  the problems turned into more and more cozy together... This drama is rather light.... but DEEP.....  The drama turns into celebrating ordinary people leading ordinary lives and doing supposedly ordinary things but with great care for each other and in honesty. It is totally totally PROFOUND.   I learned to trust that ML actor always picks great roles. 

I didnt like the nephew being so solemn, that actor is a lot better in lively roles like Spirit Fingers :) 

THE ENTIRE LOVE TRACK SERIES - 10 MINI DRAMAS - ARE EXCELLENT (except 2 - one about a gay love and another about some first love). Search for them one by one.  This first one about onion soup is A GENIUS MASTERPIECE 

Coming of age BL drama.  Most if not all BL watchers were disgusted that there was no skinship and that there were straight ppl in the drama, and I would ignore their complaints :) Imo this is  an AMAZING  art piece about "love is love" about two people - two high school boys - who fall in love, and are closeted and dance around the issue of dating... They do have straight friends from school, and decent families -  and they help them get together. It is not rosey, it is not soapy, it is not hot, it is ... just life and young adults growing up, regardless of genders and orientations, everyone just IS themselves. It is an AMAZING art piece and perhaps a great  intro to the  issues with non-straight orientations. Overall, the drama is an excellent teaching to young people how to BE, how to live their life in peace and integrity.

Many ppl hate this drama LOL but I loved it bc it was so NATURAL. It was a little fast bc it is only 12 episodes, but everything was NATURAL and the pair became a team really fast. First they worked solo to overcome their individual character flaws and then came together in trust and good relationship and solved all their problems together.  Brought together by an accident lol pun intended, hey became a highly compatible and matching pair. It is actually an impressive testimony to equality of genders, equality of people, and marriage and parenthood. The couple was just lovely "new baby parents". It was a lovely, cozy, and realistic drama about a high quality marriage and creating a family. 

The drama has AMAZING ML actor - this is an absolutely amazing role by that actor - and baby Woo Ju actor. Just watch their scenes and fast forward the rest.  The baby is portrayed as an equal family member who has a voice, and ML transforms from a jerk to a caring dad.   Overall, the drama totally flopped  bc FL script is trash,  FL and her first love SML are on the screen from ep 3 to 10 non-stop and so SML is effectively the ML.... BUT... the scenes just with the ML and baby are extraordinary
