A Zi, jumping off the cliff with Qiao Feng.

The show started very cartoonish and thinking back quite a few bits were cheesy like that. But the part where A Zi digs out her eyes out and jumps off the cliff with Qiao Feng's body really turned it up to 11 and I was like wtf.

finale, Fu Yao resists possession.

First time I saw it I was like wtf. Finished off JD and went for a smoke. At this stage I kinda knew how things go down. Also, I saw Eternal Love soon after it and the two intermingled a bit but yeah that scene is still tops for me.  Yang Mi was fucking awesome.

Rabbit Lantern Scene.

Amazingly good. First time I saw it I was like on the edge of my seat knowing that she planned to escape and yeah every reason to be routing for her but I was like please don't go now. Really had the vibe of the fish bowl scene from Romeo & Juliet with Leo de Caprio. Simply beautiful. In the Legend of Shen Li they kinda improved it. Yes it was beautiful but that edginess was gone and I was OK with it.

XZ coming out of Xutian Abyss after it collapsed.

Simply insane. Loved how he walked past her and she is there like wtf is going on. He goes, Let's go I'm going to cook for you. The OST just brilliant for this scene. And then she finally copes on to what's happening and runs after him.  Brilliant.

Xiaolong Nu being hit by needles in the coffin by Guo Fu.

This was the first time I was watching this scene, but even later, other versions just didn't hit the spot for me. Mao Xiao Tong was brilliant in this part. By the time Yang Guo said "why is it always you?" I was well passed ready to kill them all. Just so intense.

Camp scene. I have no idea why it came into my mind. The show is about average and the scene was done plenty of times. I can't pick out any particular bit. I just see her on the track and remember I had no issues with it.
