loved the love story. How the leads protected each other, and the friendships were super cute, especially with the read thread master and the Moluo clan. The male lead and female lead were strong and fought for what was right. Happy ending right at the end.  Good CGI. The second ML was annoying in the beginning but he proved me wrong and evolved. No misunderstanding between the leads, which was great.

Bad side: Immortal Li died

Beautiful story, badass FL, calm and powerful ML, amazing CGI. I loved the FL, she was strong right from the start, she cared about her people and refused to let injustice pass by her. Everytime there was a fight scene of hers, the moves, magic and the soundtrack used all matched beautifully. Everytime that music appeared, I knew I was gonna see a badass scene from the FL which I absolutely loved. The ML, being a divine god, had that calm nature, and I loved that when it came to the FL he could loose his patience and risk going against the nature Law to protect her, like when he thought she died and froze an entire ocean and risked the lightenings from Heaven. The realms were different from other dramas, you had the demon realm where people were good and it was a beautiful realm. The heavnly realm was not evil, and the Emperor only annoyed me because he expected the ML to keep on sacrifising his own happiness for the three realms. The side stories were really good, and heartbreaking like the FL's parents. That scene where the FL'S father decides to take her place and get sealed forever is beautifull. The last fight scene where both the leads were ready to sacrifce themselves for the three realms and be locked away together was beautiful.

Bad side: general Mofang's death and his lack of just thinking for himself, too many episodes that the FL was recuperating after almost dying, wanted to see her fighting ore even though there were o many scenes of those already.

loved the chemistry and relationship between the leads. CGI wasn't great but the story and the characters made up for it. Happy ending right at the end

bad side: CGI sometimes made me laugh. Misunderstandings between the leads which I completly understood both sides but made me sad to see them not together.

Really good CGI most of the time and amazing moments of magic like when the FL sacrifices herself o save the ML and everyone who died. Liked the evolution of the FL, how whe grew up and got stronger. Liked how the ML grew feelings and started caring. happy ending right at the end

Bad side: sometimes the ML was annoying because of his attitude towards the FL, FL was a bit naive sometimes, the second ML who liked the FL and did not man up.

beautiful drama with an amazing story, great story of characters and love stories. The FL was just a human but had strong characters and did not hesitate to put herself in danger just to save others. The ML, that appeared to be a heartless demon was actually a thoughtful person that only wanted to protect those who could not protect themselves. There was several side charaters and several side stories of the people the leads met along the way while searching for the contemplations for the FL, and all of those were beautifully well made. There were some plot twists like the the leads and the 2nd ML being the 3 deities with mantles and Fu Ling being actually the FL's sister. In addition, the story of the villain Hidden Lord was interesting as well, and the whole culminating of the events to the last fight where the ML sacrificed himself and had the FL kill him to save the world was really well done and the perfect definition of the leads, sacrificing themselves for each other and for the world. The CGI was good, and the sceneries of the different kingdoms were beautiful. The love story of the 2nd couple, Fu ling and Chong Zhao was absolutely amazing, and the definition of  2 broken pieces healing each other to become whole.

overall: amazing executed plot, interactions between the leads and different characters, death of pretty much every side character except the leads, but Heaven said that all those who sacrificed themselves would eventually return.

spoiler: wished to see the FLs come back to life and reunite with MLs

Good drama, beautiful love story, good characters development. The CGI was not best but not that bad either, the plot was really good (there is a gap of three years forward in the middle after the ML "dies" so that we can see character development) , it always had an element of mystery such as who was the big villain which I never guessed who could be. The FL was really good, she started as a poison expert bent on healing her dying mother, who eventually looses her mother and goes on a path of self discovery which makes her incredibly strong. The ML was cold at first, with strong morals, always willing to sacrifice himself for the FL as he did twice. He dies but then returns with amnesia and still falls for the FL again. Their love story was super cute, hearbreaking because of the ML coming back as a demon and the FL's purpose was to kill demons, but they manage to stay on each other's side. The ending was a bit abrupt, with a fast forward of 3 years and shows the ML coming back and seeing the FL, but I got some questions.

Overall: good story, beautiful love between the leads, amazing friendships between the leads and the fox spirit and the Dragon Lord, the ending could have been more detailed.

it was a pretty good drama. the plot of the story was interesting. what felt simple in the beginning with the FL being poisoned and the villains wanted to control the world turned complex as the leads found out their true identities, and turns out, they were destined for each other. Not only did they love each other, but also they were switched at birth. Both went through hell, the FL not having parental love, being trained as nothing more than a soldier who should never loose, and the ML being kidnapped as a kid to do forced labor and then saved by his master who turned out was the one who abandoned him at birth. Those plots were interesting and completely unexpected. What also started as lie of FL wanted the cure and getting close to the ML was interesting. The tension between the leads was definitely there and they quickly fell for each other. That is when the ML discovers her identity as a mole at first, and then as the crown prince of another realm. Despite all, the ML tried to stay away from the FL, but he never could, they were always drawn to each other. Unlike many dramas, here the leads were willing to sacrifice themselves together to save the world, but they were able to survive, and so we get prolongued happy ending. The 2nd love story of the princess and later Empress Tianji and the physcian was so cute, really liked them, and the whole warriors of Jixiang Abyss were so funny, and the beast companions of the leads were amazing.

Overall: prolongued happy ending, dramatic love story, some moments i wished were different as the ML kept pushing the FL away and then going back to her, and that was hard for her too; then the whole villain plot of the 2nd ML that was obssed with the FL and almost destroyed the world, he was annoying to be honest. He kept telling his female sidekick to not love him and live for herself but then he was the one that did not do these. The CGI was good sometimes.

Good drama with good CGI and beautiful developing of characters. The FL was naive, innocent and focused on her mission of going back to her real world, and for that she had to make the ML fall in love with her. We can quickly see how she is a great person as she cares for other's feelings and everytime the ML lost control over his demonic nature, she would always be there for thim and just tell him it was fine and he should not feel ashamed of himself. The ML bickered with the FL right from the start, and it is amazing to see the evolution of him only caring about his sister to caring for the FL and losing control whenever she was in danger, and she even became like his "rock" to sanity. The ML's sister and the 2nd ML made a cute couple and their story was simple and cute, and the group dynamics together with the little bamboo demon kid were so cute. I wished to see the FL be more powerful earlier on, and the ending should have been more prolonged, as we assume it is a happy ending but do not actually see it. The  CGI was good, some scenes of magic were beautifuly executed, the outfits were beautiful and the sceneries as well.

Overall: wished more extensive happy ending that could better explain what happened to all of the characters, the FL had a bigger role to play in terms of her power, the defeat of the "resentful women" demon to be in a different way as well as the final battle as it was too anti climatic, the leads chemistry and development of love story was beautiful and made up for a lot in the drama.

Good story, good love story, and good development of characters. The FL was in the beginning naive, innocent but kind and stood up to help her friends. Then, when she reborns, she becomes matured, stronger but keeps on standing up for those in need. The ML was a bit childish at first, but he grew more capable and responsible. Both times, their love kept on being challenged, which led to them growing apart, like when the FL reborns and thinks the ML betrayed her. Despite that, they manage to keep getting back together. The Daze mountain wasters were always there for everyone and the masters were always there for everyone and sacrificed themselves to defeat the devils at the time. It was so sad, but then near the end, they reborned as well. The second couple was cute , and it was hard for them to just get together. Happy ending right at the end.

Final verdict: happy ending for everyone I liked, a lot of heartbreaks because of so many people not wanting the leads to be together which really frustrated me; the villains that had their own reasons but were so evil to so many people; wished to see the FL being stronger earlier ad the leads getting together sooner and not apart as much.

good drama, with ok CGI, good scenes of power like magic fighting. The FL's integrity and the commitment of the leads to each other was the best part of the drama. The 1st part, where the ML had the FL as his disciple was super interesting, with them bickering, the ML constantly expecting the FL to be just another plotter but she was just a simple women that wanted good wife, to sleep and relax. The way they fell for each other and she was his wake up call to not become evil was beautiful. Then the 2nd part, where we a gap of 13 years where the ML though the FL died, but it was jsut the villain who hid her, with no memories to try and get her to kill the ML, and then the 3rd part, another 19 years forwards, where the ML was reborn into the mortal world as the emperor after his death. In all these, they always found their way to each other. Plot wise, the story was simple, I was expecting it to be something different, the villain was constantly the same evil demon trying to get reborn and the evil immortal, and so became boring fast their plots. the 1st part was the one I prefered, i did not like the others. Another thing was the FL's friend Ruling/Huolong, who lost her memories as well but they never exactly show us if she got them back or not as she kept being called her 2nd name. The ending was also a bit abrupt, though we understood, once the leads saw each other in modern world, they recognized each other. The ML always protected the FL no matter what, but it did pissed me off how he forced her to kill someone, and she even got PTSD from it, but then promissed her to never to it again.

overall: nice moments of magic, good love story, did not get to see the FL's powers progress like I though it would happen, the plot itself could have developed differently, and was not satifisied with the whole finish of defeating the great villain demon.

it was a good drama, but still fell flat to my expectations. it started out great, the plot was interesting, i loved the FL, from beginning to end, her story of being half demon, half human was really well done, you could see how she tried to balance both lifes. Then the ML, to be honest, the thing i liked about him was how he noticed small details about the FL and how he was willing to leave the mountain where he was trained to be with her. But that was it. Their love story, a forbiden one between a demon hunter and a half demon was obviously doomed from the start, but they found their way to each other, fell in love and married, but then found out about each other identity. The FL, then decided to walk away from the ML as she had too many responsibilites, and here i hated the ML. He wanted to keep being with her, but when he had to choose between entering the demon world and be with the FL, he hesitated, but still wanted her by his side when she pushed him awau, and he even went as far as to force her to spend time with him by "threatning" her friends. Then, the whole plot of the FL losing her memories, and then the ML going back in time to prevent her fate of the phantom demon, and then the FL had to kill him to save the world. I just felt the entire way the plot developed towards the end was unnecessary. I very much prefered the love story of the 2nd couple, though we do not see them get together. Then, the FL's friend, A'Shu, was annoying and only wanted to be the FL, even he had to destroy the world in the process, and the way he died was so pointless.

Overall: nice moments of magic, interesting stories of demons the leads met along the way, cute love story of 2nd leads, pointless death of A'Shu and the little demon/dragon, the 2nd part of the drama did not appeal to me. It felt similar to the drama moonlight mystique, but it did not deliver the same way.

good drama, the plot was interesting with good CGI. The fighting scenes and magic were actually quite good and even some of the monsters were well meade. The FL was one of the best parts of the drama. She was in the beginning the badass Mu qinge (strong, all powerful, cared for others) but sacrificed herself to save the ML and was reincarnated as Ranran, an innocent and cute looking girl. She was also a caring person that made sure those around her were safe, and always stood by the ML's side through everything, even when he pushed her away and was mean to her to keep her safe. The ML, was the disciple at first that misunderstood his mater and thought the FL did not care for him but when she died he went through hell to bring her back and when she returned he wanted to give her a new life, and as such always pushed her way and treated her coldly and at the same time always making sure she was safe and protecting her. Because of all of this, the leads got together pretty late, only around ep29, when the FL finds out she is the reincarnation, but then the ML loses his memory due to the villain and so they get separated almost right after, and only reunite when they fight agains the villain and the FL regains her memories from her past life in the last episodes. The other disciples of the ML were so cute and their scenes with the FL were so nice and the fight scenes with the magic formations were well executed. The FL's sister was a crazy person from beginning to end, the 2nd ML that was obsessed with the FL sacrificed himself in the end and finnally did the right thing. The other couple, the "demons" was so cute.

Overall: good CGI, beautiful OST, love story took way too long to develop, wanted to see the FL regain memories from past life way sooner, did not like how the ML was way too harsh on the FL when she was nothing but cute and kind, the side characters that sometimes annoyed me, happy prolongued ending, no lead died.

Good drama. The plot itself was full of angst, like the name of the drama. The story was original, following the the 2 leads across 2 lifetimes. The 1st when both were deities who fell in love and went through a love tribulation in the human world that was the beginning of their problems. There, the ML was forced to lock the FL's power for 10 years and let her live as a mortal alone to protect her from heaven retribution. When he left, he did not know that she was pregnant and gave birth to their son, who was born weak because of her locked power and a few years later he died. That, together with the FL being shut down by everyone in the village, them calling her a witch and even trying to kill her, and the loss of the one person that was by her side in the mortal world (her disciple) led to her absolute desperation. Once she went back to heaven, she tried to bring her son back, but was misunderstood as trying to defy Heaven's will and so the ML fought her and eliminate her one chance at that. This led to a feud, and so the 2 kept fighting each other over the years. We then the FL, as mortal who marries the ML, and him always doubting her thinking she is his past lover. Turns out, all she was doing was her intricate plan at revenge, from gaining her powers back to make the ML miserable. But we, as the viewers, are the ones who get miserable. Both leadds went through hell, and because of their pain and misunderstandings kept pushing each other away, fighting each other, but never truly stop loving each other.

overall: good story, magic was ok, CGI was ok, the defeat of the villain at the end with the help of everyone was good, death of the FL's master could have been avoided, thousands of misunderstandings between the leads and lack of communication, ending could have been better explained.

beautiful but tragic and devastating love story. The ML and FL were perfect for each other. The drama kinda has two parts; the first one is my favourite. It happens in the god realm where the FL is the chief God and a true God out of four. She has the ML as a mentor so that she can take the throne. When she does, she discovers her fate, she has to sacrifice herself to save the world from the doom day. We see in this part, the ML falling in love with her, the beautiful friendships like that of the FL and the other true gods, the FL and Goddess Yue Mi. Because of her fate, the god Tian Qi decides to become the devil to prevent the FL from dying. Because of this, he is seen as a devil and killed by Bai Ju, the ML, in a great battle. In the process, Yue Mi dies while trying to save Tian Qi from the evil servant Wu Huan. She was a good friend and servant to Shang Gu, the FL, but grew to ambitious. The other villain, the villain god tries to destroy the god realm and a lot of gods die in the process. As such, the god realm is closed and entrusted to the three main disciples of the gods, Wu Huan, Mu Guang and Gu Jun, with the first two rule the Heavenly realm. Wu Huan becomes the big devil. The ML and FL were reborn but with new identities, Hou Chi and Mu Qi. They fall in love, get married and had a kid, Yuan Qi, but they give up their identities to become once again true gods, which leads to them forgetting their previous identities, but they recover them later on. We see beautiful CGI and amazing fight scenes.

Final Verdict: liked the story, did not like how the ML handled the whole situation of saving the FL from doom day by sacrificing himself, yes he returned but he hid so much from her which led to great pain; Yue Mi died for good; Hong ri, the fire beast returned; Feng Ran's love, Prince Jing Jian died, but he might return; Gu Jun was amazing as he was like a father to Hou Chi,, but he died; wished to see the FL become Shang Gu sooner and badass.

Liked the FL, she was really strong and once we fell for the ML she was willing to risk everything to save him. Same with ML, he even cut his tail just to save the FL. Wished the ML did not act like a baby for too long, even though I get it that he had just become a human but still. The FL's best friend Luo Luo was so cute and she just stood at her side for everything.

the master qing from flower valley and young master's father story was so tragic, she loved him and died with him. Also the love story between Li Shu and the master sanyue was so sad, he chose to betray her for his master and in the end died for her. But good thing he came back to life.

The evil characters: Ruo Ling, the sister of the heaven king really got on my nerves and the immortal master who was hung up on his dead lover and wants to destroy the world.

Beautiful sceneries. All of the kingdoms and even the Mountain were beautiful. The CGI of the fantasy scenes was also really good. We see right away a FL who likes to speak her mind and a cold ML who has so many heartbreak in his heart. The ML liked the FL almost from the beginning and the FL then also fell for him, after knowing his full identity. We see several evil characters, like the consort of the emperor that wanted to kill the ML in favor of her son, Bai Xue Lu that was such a bitch in the beginning and just wanted power and would put others down, and then the god of destruction. I liked the growth of many characters: the ML grew feelings and figured it out what was worth fighting for; the FL grew in her power and determination to protect the ML (in the beginning would always pester the ML but grew as well), Chong Ming the great bird also finally ended up liking the FL as a sister; Bai Xue Lu that was able to let go of her insecurities and power quest and fell for Qing Gang that brought out the best in her. A lot of the fight scenes were amazing and the plot of the story as well.

Bad sides: wished the FL grew a lot more stronger in terms of her power; wanted to see the leads get together sooner; the death of both the FL's parents, Zhi Yuan's death, and the ML's death (but he returns right in the last minute).

Good drama, with beautiful sceneries of the kingdoms and good CGI. The leads were good, the FL was naive at first but grew to fight for her loved ones and improved her powers by accepting her fate as the phoenix. The ML was distant and cold at first but grew as well to care for other people and be willing to sacrific himself for his loved ones. The both of them were really good, they fell for each other and were willing to die for each other, as they did. There were a lot of deaths that I thought were unnecessary: the FL's mother, the ML's brother Yan Luo, the FL's brothe Mu man, the demon Lan Su, the immortal Da Tao. The storyline of when they had their other life in the human world was beautiful but tragic. I did not understand the ending as it does not explain everything. Also, wanted to know wether the ML, in their first life, knew when killing the FL if she was going to reborn or not.

Overall: the first part of the drama was better than the second, lots of deaths, confusing ending, good CGI, nice growth of characters.

The FL was still strong, but she was sick because of the two veins. She was captured by the ML that thought she betrayed him but he still cared about her. However, he was really cold with ther. Until ep11 we see the FL sick, the cold ML and then the FL dies. Her sacrifice for the end of the war was a beautiful scene. And she came back to life right away, this time just as a fox but with no  past memories. Then on episode 14 the ML finds out she is alive but with no memories. Also, when she died he felt guilty because of making her miserable so when she came life he tried to not restrain her. The FL got her memories back at ep16 and then they made up and got together at ep17.
Felt bad about Master Qing Ji, she just wanted revenge for her dead husband, but still let that go to hurt the evil spirit and help the other people. But once she dies, she reunites with her husband. The wedding scene between the leads was beautiful and I liked how th Immortal Master at the end fought the evil spirit and killed himself for his master, kinda atonning for what he did.

The last episode almost gave me an heart attack, with the ML being frozen, Li Shu dying again, Luo Luo almost dying and Lin Hao Qing seemingly dying as well. But, fortunately, Luo Luo survived and married Kong Ming that became the immortal master; San Xue went to back the flower valley and Li Shu was reborn with a new identity. The end is a bit rushed, they show us the two leads happy in a cliff, so we suppose the FL came back to life!

the water kingdom is beautiful. The immortal master is anoying, but improves in the end. Relationship between the two aquatic demon brothers is really intense but it's clear how much they love each other
Luo Ning and Fu's love story was so heartbreaking and was sad to see how much she suffered just to die in the end to save her brother from her lover. Was sad that master Zhuo was petrified

There are two endings. The one on ep39: He Na's death, The wedding scene with Liu Shao and evil spirit Luo Ge was really well done, with the tensions between the two and the beautiful gown of the FL and the petals on the floor. The final confrontation between God Liu Shao and evil spirit Luo Ge was really good,  visually and also was emotional, with the whle scene of Liu Shao absorving the evil spirit to save her lover and dying. Also, her "symbol" the three legged phoenix which kept following Luo Ge, as she promissed she would. This ending even though sad was beautiful and I felt like Liu Shao sacrifising herself made sense, but wished to see her come back so that is why prefered ending 2.

The ending on ep40: Confrontation between Liu Shao and evil spirit is also amazing. Liked the involvement of everyone to defeat the evil spirit. He Na is alive, gets his power back. Beautiful scene where his brother Fu helps everyone and Lio Ning's spirit appears and Fu dies. In the end, they reincarnated in the human world and are together, Master Zhuo returned, and Luo Ge returned as well in the last second. This ending was a bit rushed.

Some issues I had: I liked the FL, just wished she would have gotten stronger faster to be able to help other people, like her badass moment in the human world when fighting with the disciple and the last scene with the evil spirit, wished to see more scenes like that. 

Overall a good drama, though it had a lot where it could have been better. The plot was not the best as for me it was not captivating, there wasn't much going on, no big mystery and when there was it was disclosed way to softly so it did not give us the element of surpise. The whole eexplantion about the ML's identity was confusing and even know I do not understand how extaly he came to be. The FL was naive, and I wished to see her getting stronger, both in her powers and grow as a woman, but it fell a bit flat, even the final fight with her mother that was corrupted because of her powers. The CGI was not bad, it had some good parts, the friend's leads were really good, and I especially liked the love story between the demon wolf and Zhaoyan but both have short lives so that is bittersweet (whose story with her brother was beautiful but devasting, for he was willing to sacrifice an entire city in exchange for his sister's life). Ming Xiu was strong but she lost her master who she loved and sacrificed her eyes for the greater good. In the end, the FL gives her life to bring the ML back, and we see both leads returning after a bit, but nobody remembers who they are, and it is a bit of an open ending because they are just staring at each other.

Overall: the drama had good parts like the friendships, some magic parts and the innocent cute love story between the leads, but the story could have been developed better and less deaths.

confusing ending

Overall it was a good drama, though it could have been better. Feel like if it had less episodes it would have been a lot better and less frustrating. The settings were beautiful, especially the Flower Realm. The love story between the leads was beautiful but full of obstacles, which really frustrated me. The FL did not know what love was but she fell for the ML but due to previous arrangements by her father and the emperor, she had to marry the ML'S brother. Now I did not like him at all, despite people saying they felt bad for him. But Run Yu just acted like a victim, yes, he went through a lot of bad things, none of which excuses him of what he did. Because of him, Sui He (another annoying character obsessed with the ML), the emperor and empress of the Heavenly Realm (the true villains) the ML and FL had to be apart a lot, and just the beginning is more heartwarming as the rest is heartbreaking. Loved the love story between the Demon Realm princess and her bodyguard Mu Ci, though it was heartbreaking as he died.

Liked the ending, all of the Flower Realm and the leaders (did some wrong decisions but all to protect the FL), felt bad for the death of the FL's father and Aunt, nothing happened to Run Yu (i get it it was supposed to be him understanding what he did and turning good, but he caused a lot of suffering); wished to see the FL more powerful with her powers; the scene where she sacrificed herself at the end was nice, and of course it was a happy ending as he came back.
