DEFINITIONS OF LOVE

This drama took me back to when i used to truly enjoy watching asian dramas. It had all my favorite tropes: bad boy/good girl, rich ml/poor ml, family drama, switch indentities, etc.. It gave me all the feels! The story of the Legend of the Twin Rose was also captivating. I love when dramas resolves misunderstanding quickly. The ML was a total badass and the FL took charge when needs to be. I loved that the FL trusted their love and fought for the ML when he tried to push her away. I love a FL who can take charge and chase the ML in return. Overall, LOVE LOVE LOVE!!

FL acted extremely childish in my opinion, she lacked maturity! but in her defense she's been sick her whole life and  sheltered with  a strict mom who was dealing with her own issues;  so that is her only saving grace. The age gap was not a problem for me i welcome this trope if anything else. The ML love for the FL was patient(lots of it), accepting, unwavering, and most of all honest.. One memorable mention is the OST of the drama! Also loved that the mom had her own love story.

Zhang Jing Yi is a force to be reckoned with!! Her acting is phenomenal she deserves more recognition! She does all her roles justice and i love the fact that she's intentional when it comes to choosing her next role. In this drama she portrays a strong, educated, and vulnerable character who's always one step ahead of her enemies. Even when it seems like  all the odds are up against her she always comes out on top. The ML was the trigger to her gun, the YEAH to her WHAT! I loved their dynamics, the chemistry, and how they complemented one  another. I loved that the ML was mischievous and silly, he never showed his true hand when it comes to facing the enemy. He keeps you guessing his next move and just when you think he's loss that's when you're in for a surprise when you realize his enemies are no match for him, he's already 50 steps ahead of them. Even when it seems that the ML intentions weren't pure then you get blown away by his true character which are his sense of responsibility and duty, humility, and is well respected. Even though the FL had her reservations about the ML when she first met him, she quickly realizes  her prejudice of him earlier on than most once her and him started working together which is what made her fall in deeply in love with him. Overall, LOVE LOVE LOVE!!

Wang an Yu the MAN and the ACTOR that you are!! He also deserves way more recognition! i'm gonna need people to get on this love train of this amazing actor and start appreciating how of an amazing and phenomenal actor he is. Again the age gap when done right (and it was) will always be a hit for me. This drama had me swooning, giggling, and kicking my feet.  I wish more romance dramas did not shy away from showing this deep level of intimacy between lovers! Normal couples kisses each other, hug, sleep together, and do lovey dovey stuff together, this drama portrayed it well. The ML might've been young but he was so mature and knew how to love a woman truly. His love for the FL was pure, prideful, and unbashful. A character that was a show stealer for me was the actor Li Zhou Zhao aka Li Ge, he was hilarious and every scenes  he showed up in i kept wanting more. Overall, LOVE LOVE LOVE!!

FL pissed me off a few times but overall the chemistry won me over.
